Martial Law to “Prevent” potential criminal activity? NJ officials are ready! are you?

“We’re trying to think outside the box,” said Mayor Jose Torres. “This was triggered predominantly by fear among city residents over the shootings that have been occurring this summer.”  What was triggered?  the first ever non-emergency curfew for all adults in a major city.  Yes, that’s right.  That is the “outside the box” ordinance recommended and being considered in New Jersey today as a way to “deal” with crime.   More evidence of our ever increasing police-state-orwellian-let’s keep-America-Free-prison.   Let’s circumvent police work, detection, investigation, arrests and prosecutions.  Why bother?  Everyone is guilty until proven innocent.   Let’s just lock everybody up in their home!   God Bless America indeed.   I wonder how many Freedom Sign carrying Americans respond to this news with, “well, they have to do what they have to do to protect us”  How long do you think until this “solution” spills over to the rest of the nation?  how long until it becomes acceptable?  How long until it becomes the norm?

If you think this is about crime prevention you are thoroughly mistaken.     This is about control and indoctrination.   When you are safe at the expense of your rights, when everyone is inprisoned in order to be free.. just what do you have anymore?  This is not in response to some real or hypothetical “terrorist” attack, it is not in response to some catastrophic event.  Not at all.  This is simply to handle local crime.

So while we paint our protest signs, applaud or raid “Cash for clunkers”, while the Healthcare puppetry continues to make great news fodder and provide a “living” to the Glenn Becks and Chris Matthews of the world, let’s tune out the static and see what IS happening right under our noses!.

Don’t fall for the carrot at the end of the stick folks.   Wake up! Wake up!!
